[ Music playing .] I think financial fitness is especially attractive to millennials because growing up with the financial crisis and not being sure about the economy, I think, millennials understand that money is tight, it's hard to come by. I think that if someone is responsible with their money and makes good choices... That can make them seem more physically attractive. You know, no one wants to say on paper that they want to be with someone who doesn't know how to manage money. They don't want to be put through the grief of someone who wastes it. I view relationships as a partnership, and if something is falling off the side of the table, then it's clearly going to bleed into other parts of the relationship as well.

If someone is honest about money, that seems like number one, the most important thing. If they kind of have realistic expectations and they know what they care about in a career, whether that's making money or kind of focusing on building something or making the world better. Being great in bed and all that, Is fine. I think I would rank it higher than that. I think it plays a part in the relationship, but further down the line. I don't think it's something that I necessarily considered when I first started dating my wife. Knowing that you can trust someone with their money, and you can trust them to be working on the same sort of goals that you have in your relationship, Relationship is very important.

Just in general, you don't want a partner who wastes money, or who makes your life stressful by getting into credit card debt. Or other kinds of debt. [ MUSIC ]
