## Transcript

It was just a normal day and all my classmates and I were just on the computer lab on the computers, right next door in Schneider 16. And we were doing our work and our teacher was just talking to us at what we were gonna do today and what was the plan for the day. I heard one gunshot and then I looked over outside. And people were running away from the building so i knew exactly what had just happened. It sounded like a book being dropped or a table that fell down and so we all jumped and didnt know what it was. And so we asked this guy in our classroom and he said maybe its a sh maybe its a gunshot, he said if its a gunshot its going to echo.

I heard a lot of people saying get out of the library another girl just And I just stayed in there and hid. I said to the teacher, we gotta get outta here. There's people running. We need to go. And then the second and third gunshots happened. Then, this classmate of mine went out to the door, and she stepped outside to see the next classroom right next door, and when she came back in she The shooter shot her in the left arm and the lower abdomen, and she collapsed in front of the doorway. So, then the doorway's open, and her friend over there, she pulls the door open, locks it, turned off the light, and then she's trying to do CPR on her friend as we're all in just panic mode, at that point.
