## Transcript

The dreaded secret shopper. They are the bane of retail workers around the world. But one Omaha Nebraska car saleswoman apparently hit it out of the park. Oh and the secret shopper in her case? Billionaire investor Warren Buffet. Warren buffet has a new ride. GM CEO Mary Barra. Encouraged him to trade up from his 2006 Cadillac DTS. To be fair Buffet's daughter actually bought the car but she was impressed and that made Warren happy. Okay. So, it wasn't the oracle of Omaha in the flesh. And yes, the notorious frugal investor does apparently drive an eight year old car. Buffet's daughter Susie did the wheeling and dealing with sales woman Madison Wheelers.

So after reportedly asking some thoughtful questions talked Suzie into the roomier Cadillac XTS. Based on a description of her as yet unnamed father. But Suzie didn't bite immediately. According to General Motors fast lane blog after the initial encounter Suzie left. But came back a few days later to buy the car and spill the identities of her father and his car- guy friend Mary Barra. Warren requested that Willers personally deliver the car and was so impressed with the experience he even penned a thank you letter to Barra. In it, he wrote, Madison could not have been more helpful. My daughter said her dad's car- guy friend, that's you, said he should buy a CTS, but Madison the XTS would be more appropriate.

Joking, he added, I think this reflects an evaluation on her part that from Susie's description I must be hopelessly over the hill. Willers, who had reportedly met Warren once before as a waitress, wrote a blog post about the encounter for FastLane [ UNKNOWN ] She noted, delivering the XTS to Mr. Buffett was an experience II won't soon forget. It encapsulates everything that's great about working at a Cadillac dealership. I can't wait to see who comes into the dealership today. No word yet on a raise for Willers, but we'd imagine keeping one of the richest men in the U. S. happy has got to be worth at least a healthy bonus.

Thanks for watching. I'm Lauren Gray.
