They're goods archaeologists raked in exploring a Greek shipwreck. They've discovered more than 50 items like The ones mentioned above, as well as an ancient board game and part of a bone flute. This is the same wreck where scientists found the antikythera mechanism, an astronomical device that measured and predicted the movement of the planets and stars. The device has even been called the world's first computer. The 2, 000 plus year old Greek shipwreck from 65 BC still has more to explore. Every single dive on it delivers fabulous finds and reveals how the 1 % lived in the time of Caesar. The discovery of the shipwreck isn't new. A press release says Greek fishermen found it in 1900. [ MUSIC ] Initially they brought up 36 marble statues of heroes and gods. They also found the remains of the crew. This modern day expedition that's started in 2014 is the first scientific excavation of the wreck.
