[ MUSIC ] I am Jamie Anderson. I compete in snowboard, slip style, and big air. And I'm from South Lake Tahoe, California. [ MUSIC ] My first memory of the Olympics was actually gymnastics with my sisters. I still think it's incredible what they do, and it's very very entertaining to watch. When I was a little kid I did not think that I would ever be an Olympian. I think maybe deep down inside it was a dream, but I didn't know that even at the time snowboarding was in the Olympics, so it kind of grew as my teenage years when I started watching half pipe, and kind of wanted to go for that but my pure joy was really in park.

So when they added. Slip style parka, the same thing. Right before Sochi I remember being really stoked to have the chance to go. The first thing I'm gonna do when I'm done competing, I'll probably go and get drug tested. [ LAUGH ] And then find my family and yeah, give them love for helping and supporting me. [ MUSIC ]
