Hello, this is Matt Peckham with Time Magazine. And we are playing Fighter Squadron, a mode In StarWars Battlefront online. A mix of AI and real human players here. You can see the real ones have names and the AI ones don't. AI opponents are considerably easier to kill. Let's see if I can get this guy. Alright let's try over here. This is only the third or fourth time that I have played this particular mode. [ SOUND ] Still feeling my way around here, so we can go down, this is I believe this is Solest Star Wars fans will kill me for my horrible pronunciation. [ BLANK_AUDIO ] So I can control my speed with the left stick.

I can push forward to go faster, and pull back to go slower. And then I have missiles and shields. [ BLANK_AUDIO ] And then I also get points for doing vehicle damage, so even if I don't take out the enemy. So let's take out, well maybe not, maybe Maybe I can take out that guy, no. Real Star Wars Battlefront players are laughing right now. Well. [ BLANK_AUDIO ] You can see it's tricky. [ BLANK_AUDIO ] Just stay lined up in the crosshairs. [ BLANK_AUDIO ] What I'm doing there when you see that lock is I'm holding down the left trigger. That allows, that's sort of like an aim. An assist I believe.

There we go, finally. Oh, two [ LAUGH ]. There we go, that was a little better, marginally. Oh, missile incoming. So I can hit the d pad and perform an evasive maneuver. It's automatic. Oh, then there's a Cool down. And I'm not going to make it or maybe I will. There's a cool down on these manuevers so I can't just keep doing them. Nope somebody's on my tail. Maybe one of the guys I killed coming for revenge. [ BLANK_AUDIO ] This fellow here. Here was the winner of the last, oh my goodness, I got ya. Hey I'm doing my best. As you can see, it's quite visually impressive. Lava flow, smoke, and Shane_302, you're welcome.
