[ MUSIC ] What is your most important financial advice for women in their 60's? Women in their 60's if they followed my advice all along then they're at a point of getting ready for retirement. Or even if they're in their late 60's looking at How they want to pass on their wealth to their next generation. So it's a very good time in their lives. They should be financially ready. They should be comfortable. But I would like women in their 60's to have the conversation about money with their next generation. Operation. And that's something that I find is often not talked about. Because they don't wanna talk about money because money is still a taboo.

But I think that they should broach the subject with they children, and what they want this money to be, and represent for their children. What is the most important thing a woman approaching retirement Needs to do. I am assuming that she's already saved for a time and has her nest egg which is why she can finally retire which is fabulous. So I think in your 60s you need to reevaluate your risk which is your asset allocation which is your percentage of stocks versus bonds. You might have to get a little bit more conservative at this point in your life. Because that nest egg, if you stop working, has to last you for the rest of your life.

And you might need to sit down with a CFP professional at that point because this is it. This is the big retirement time. This is time you've worked your whole life for so you wanna get it right. [ MUSIC ]
