## Transcript

It might just become more difficult and more embarrassing for men in Kentucky to get a prescription for Viagra. State Representative Mary Lou Marzian introduced a bill to force men who want to use the erectile dysfunction drug and others like it to jump through a few embarrassing hoops, like visiting a doctor twice and getting a signed letter from their wives. She proposed it after governor Matt Bevin signed a so called informed consent bill that requires women to consult with their doctor at least 24 hours before an abortion. In response democrat Mary Lou Marzian drafted the Viagra bill to return the favor to law makers.

When we start invading people's private lives and private medical decision To me it's what's next. What's next, if it passes, is that a married man, and only a married man, would have to make a sworn statement with his hand on a Bible that he'd only use the drug when intimate with his current spouse. Some ladies call Marzian a hero. And Mary Lou Marzian, with that mic drop. Despite the social media applause, Marzian said she doesn't expect the bill to go too far in the male dominated state government.
