[ MUSIC ] Germany and Argentina meet this Sunday in the final of the World Cup. It's the third time that these two teams have met in the final. The first happened in 1986, and in that very eventful world cup final, Diego Maradona proved that he was the best player in the world. [ MUSIC ] [ INAUDIBLE ] Goal. Maradona got famous in that tournament for quarter final game against England where he scored two goals. The first was the so called Hand of God goal where he punched the ball into the net. The second was one of the most tremendous goals of the World Cup ever. Slalomed through six or seven English players before.

Depositing the ball in the net. [ FOREIGN ] And finally, he was once again influential, although he did not score a goal. In 1990, the two teams met again in the final, but the game was very, very different. The 1990 game was considered one of the worst World Cup finals ever. As bad as the 1986 final was good. In this final was another great Argentine star, Lionel Messi. The question is and has been about this young guy, is he the next Maradona? Can he deliver the crown to Argentina. It's going to be a very, very interesting game, because they're up against the German side. Which is considered a better team.

So, is this going to be a 1986 final or a 1990 final. The Germans are the favorite team. They show that in a tremendous 7- 1 [ INAUDIBLE ] of host Brazil in the semi- final game. The Germans have the better team. They don't have the best player.
