## Transcript

>> Loony Toon, that's what Hillary Clinton called Monica Lewinsky according to a new report. Conservative outlet The Washington Free Beacon says it's analyzed the personal documents of Diane Blair. Shown here at left, Blair was a woman who Mrs. Clinton called one of her closest friends. She was a professor who died in 2010. The Free Beacon quotes her, " The affair was a lapse, but Hillary says to his credit he tried to break it off, tried to pull away, tried to manage someone who was clearly a narcissistic Loony Toon, but it was beyond control ." And the Free Beacon says the affair made her realized the emotional and psychological strain her husband had been under since taking office in 1993.

Her father, his mother, and their friend Vince Foster had all died within those first two years in office. Blair's husband donated her documents to the University of Arkansas years after her death. The university confirmed their authenticity to TIME Monday. Of course, The Free Beacon paints the papers within the context of a possible 2016 presidential run for Hillary Clinton. Many outlets and politicians have raised the question, " How will Bill Clinton's past affect his wife's political future ?" But Bill has long maintained it's still too early to talk about his wife's prospects in 2016, but it seems never too early to talk about the past.

I'm Jamal Andrews.
