Jurors were shown morbid photographs, x- rays and the bloodstained clothes the 17 year old was wearing when he was killed. The prosecution's final witness? Former associate medical examiner Stacy Simons, testifying that Davis was shot three times, twice in the leg, but it was a bullet to the abdomen that killed him. >> So right about here is where the bullet entered. And it entered at the actual border of the chest and abdomen. Over here, it perforated the right lung and continued on behind the heart and in front of the spinal column to perforate the aorta. >> Simons is saying that as a result of her study of the wound, Davis was leaning away from the door in the back of the vehicle, and not trying to get of the SUV as the defense suggests. Dunn's fiancé, Rhonda Rouer took the stand Saturday, emotionally describing the events that led to Davis' death. She says after attending a wedding with Dunn and having a few drinks, they pulled into a parking lot at the gas station. She recalled Dunn being annoyed by the loud music coming from the SUV Davis was riding in with three friends. >> What did the defendant say? >> Oh, I hate that thug music. >> Rouer, seen here on surveillance tape, went inside the gas station, when all of a sudden: >> Oh my God! Somebody's shooting. >> Rouer says she didn't see who was shooting, but returning to the car, she said she saw Dunn put a gun into the glove box. The couple never called 911, instead drove back to a hotel where she said Dunn mixed drinks and ordered pizza because her stomach was upset.
