Our friends at Techlicious. com have cobbled together a list of five cheap must- have apps for back to school. Ring the bell, ba- ring. School's in, sucker. Is that a, is that a think people still say in 2014? Are you recording this? Please don't. Was just supposed to be voice- over. YouCam Snap is free at iTunes and Google Play. You can take crooked pictures of your wipe- board and curves of your books and it'll straighten everything out. And it can save everything as PDFs so it can be annotated. If you've got all Apple equipment, check out IStudiez Pro. It's ten bucks for your Mac and three bucks for.

For your iPhone and iPad. It's a digital planner that syncs your data across all your devices. You can keep track of your class schedules, manage your homework assignments and more. Zotero is free for Mac, Windows and Linux. It automatically senses content in your web browser like PDFs, images, audio and video files for later perusal. It's great for doing research. If you want a free, powerful Office Suite look no further than LibreOffice. It can do just about everything that Word, Excel and PowerPoint can do; including saving documents to Microsoft Office file types and PDFs. And speaking of PDFs, you'll be dealing with them a lot so check out ez PDF Reader.

It's three bucks on iTunes and Google Play, or free for Windows eight. You can use the app to add highlights, notes, scribbles, written annotations, and add, crop, rotate, and delete pages.
