## Transcript

Talk about a throwback, the Harry Potter craze recently emerged again with the release of J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. And seriously, can you picture anyone else playing Harry Potter? I know I cannot, well Daniel Radcliffe recently spoke to the Hollywood Reporter about. On the possibility of returning to his iconic role. He said, I'm never going to close the door, that would be a stupid thing to do. But I think I'll be happy enough and secure enough to let someone else play it. Radcliffe has spent some time distancing himself from the role since the last His last film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 came out in 2011 and we went on to talk about whether he would return for a film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child saying, " At the moment it's not even a concern because I'm too young to play the character, but even in 10 year's time I would still feel strange about going back to it ." Radcliffe didn't hesitate to share his opinion and concerns about returning to the role of Harry Potter.

Saying there's a part of me that's like, some things are better left untouched. If we went back to Potter, there's a chance we'd make what Star Wars: The Force Awakens was to the original Star Wars. But there's also the chance that we'd make Phantom Menace. [ LAUGH ] So I don't want to go back to anything like that and maybe sour what people have already loved. I'm just gonna say the wizarding world not be the same without you, Daniel.
