## Transcript

Prosecutors allege Alix Tichelman killed Google executive Forrest Hayes seven months ago, after an encounter on his Yacht. This week she faced charges in Santa Cruz Superior Court. She's a 26- year old model, makeup artist, and prostitute. He was a 51 year old Google executive and married father of five, living in Santa Cruz. Hayes was found dead of apparent heroin overdose last November. The incident was originally ruled suicide but prosecutors are citing new evidence. Surveillance footage purported to show Tichelman injecting Hayes with heroin, and then ignoring him when it became clear something was wrong.

And she was so callous that, in gathering her things, she was literally stepping over the body, and at one point stepped over the body to grab a glass of wine and finish the glass of wine. Investigators were able to lift Tichelman's fingerprints from that glass at the time of Hayes' death, but she wasn't arrested until July because the investigation was ongoing. The Los Angeles Times reports authorities are looking into a second death with similar circumstances. Police move to bring her in, after she posted to Facebook, she was preparing to leave the area. KPIX reports detectives set up a sting by posing as a client, offering money for sex, and arrested Tichelman on July 04, when she arrived at the pre- arranged location.
