## Transcript

Welcome to the PageCast. It's Wednesday, June 25th. I'm Mark Halperin in Detroit with your three things to watch for in politics today. First, see what kind of tough questions Barack Obama gets from his press corps today and his availability in Chicago. Watch to see what they ask, how he answers, and how that reverberates throughout the campaign. Second, John McCain and those challenging national polls, some candidates have come back from deficits like McCain's seems to face now with some of these polls, but we live in a different era, quick judgments get made. Watch to see what the McCain campaign tries to do today to convince both the insiders and the general public that this is a race that either man can easily win rather than one where Obama has a deciding advantage.

And then finally, watch to see what the Fed does in Washington, how the candidates and the campaign's reacting, how that reverberates on Wall Street and in the real economy in the United States and around the world. Those are your three things to watch for in politics today. You can get all the political news all the time right here on The Page. For now in Detroit, I'm Mark Halperin. Thanks for watching the PageCast.
