[ MUSIC ] Hasn't Jersey been a reliable blue state? [ LAUGH ] I'm Nick Carbon for Times. Here are our five favorite viral videos for the month of August. Everyone. Everyone. Shut up. Look, I got a freakin baby in me and I don't want him all agitated. Snookie is now a mother which means she will be filling the crucial role of imparting wisdom onto her child. This video caught her reading Mother Jones and passionately talking about the November election with her Jersey Shore cast mates. I am seriously worried about this country's future. Future. Totally. It's GTL time up in here. It was all a spoof though.

Part of a MTV campaign to get out the youth vote. We just GTLed yesterday. No, no, no he means GTL as in game theory logic. And he has a point. From a game theory standpoint as advanced by Oskar Morganstern. What incentives does his opposition have to compromise? What you think Pauly D really knows who Oskar Morgantern is? [ MUSIC ] [ INAUDIBLE ] Your political power. [ MUSIC ] The Jersey Shore cast might be right at home among the tacky world of a South Korean rap video. [ MUSIC ] Gangnam Style stormed the [ UNKNOWN ] with its addictive beats and flashy locales [ MUSIC ] Oh, who are we kidding, It's all about the invisible horse dance.

[ MUSIC ] The rapper Psy shamelessly mocks the gaudy style of Gangnam, which is pretty much the Beverly Hills of South Korea. [ MUSIC ] Flashy costumes, flashy Mercedes. It's also tacky and almost graceful. [ MUSIC ] Beauty queens are well trained in the school of style and grace. Queneerich Rehman started with a song from Hip Hop Quartet, Far East Movement. [ MUSIC ] But no one expected her to drop the beat. [ MUSIC ] Thank you. [ NOISE ] While Miss Philippines didn't win the pageant, Olympian Ryan Lochte won big at the London Olympics, bringing home two golds, two silvers, and a bronze. Media outlets from across the world clamored to talk to him, [ CROSSTALK ] but maybe they shouldn't.

What defines me? Ryan Locktee. It turns out the guy can hardly string a sentence together. THe reason why I love swimming is probably because racing. You should probably just stick to swimming. Thanks. [ MUSIC ] The NASA engineers who. Who succesully landed the Curiosity Rover on Mars could have just stuck to their day jobs too. They created a parody video called we're NASA And We Know It. A spoof LMFAO's hit song. [ MUSIC ] It naturally spotlighted the mohawked space engineer Bobak Ferdowsi, who became a breakout star after the landing, helping to prove that nerds can actually be cool. [ MUSIC ] We're NASA and we know it.
