So, the obvious question is, was it you? >> That's the sense I got. You know they were always fighting when I was growing up with them, but then they stopped fighting when I went away to college. So, could it be that I was the problem? I don't discount that, maybe I was a terrible, terrible kid? It's possible. But you know also when they fought they also always turn to me the way parents would do. So maybe I was a kind of conduit. Once the conduit is missing they didn't need me anymore and they just … >> They had to get on … >> They had to get on and became closer. Russian families are tiny. There's always three people or like most four people running around. Russians don't [ unk ] on activities. So, we were a small family and that's what makes this- writing this memoir so personal, is the fact that there are so few of us. And I wanted to get this little story down of this three people, four people if you count my beloved grandmother. But, it's also a 20th century story with moving from one failed super power to another not doing so great super power right now.
