## Transcript

First the donor surgery which entailed recovery of facial tissue. Second the recipient surgery which required removal of injured facial tissue. And finally the allograft inset with the actual transfer of the donor face to the recipient. And, we transferred the face from the donor room to the recipient room. When we were connecting the blood vessels, we did have a vessel mismatch, and we lost a bit of blood, but nothing that we can't manage on a routine basis. We were able to transfuse the patients, and we recovered that without difficulty. We had one small event But what if some mildly diminished oxygenation will be identified a mucus plug which commonly occurs in patients of tractotomies and we were able to manage it so, all the obstacles that we were not expecting, we handled well, without difficulty.
