Anyone that understands this current condition will want to change it. Why would anybody want to stand in status quo and stay in the past, which is what we heard tonight. Those statistics are spun. Those statistics don't account for all of the things that our children go through on daily basis. And two, we can raise these scores By providing smaller class sizes. Increased access to mental healthcare. We are fourth highest in the nation in childhood poverty. We know that two indicators of student success, two highest indicators are educational level of the parents, of the mother especially and the level of poverty
