[ MUSIC ] [00:23] For people who are a little bit intimidated by the idea [00:26] of making a personalized gift, either because they feel [00:29] like they're not creative or not especially artistic, there [00:33] are websites like customink. com and collage. com. [00:36] That's you know, allow you to make mugs, and shirts, [00:39] and calendars with images or inside jokes between [00:43] friends and family. So, one example one of our staffers [00:46] brought this in. One of her family members added [00:49] their last name to a sweatshirt and everyone in the [00:51] family got this. So they can wear them all at the same [00:53] time. Let's say, that you wanna go a step further, and [00:57] add a little more creativity, put a little more work in. [00:59] You can use even just your, your phone camera. And [01:03] make a little home video. In this case our staffer's [01:06] sister made a you can do it work out video that I guess [01:10] she gave out to the family. And then, also, of course, [01:13] home movies are always very nice. And if you edit [01:16] them, even just using the software on your computer, [01:18] that can add a nice touch. And, you know, be a [01:22] keepsake for, for years to come. So, hands down, the [01:26] best personalized gift that I've ever received is from [01:29] my best friend, Erin. On the surface, this, this looks [01:32] just like a regular board game, the classic Guess Who? [01:37] game. But inside ,. My [01:43] friend, Erin, filled in all the tabs with the faces [01:47] of my friends from college. We've been lucky to share [01:50] the same group of mutual friends for the last decade [01:52] or so. And, instead of asking questions [01:56] about people's appearances, which we can do also, it [01:59] gets a little more fun because you can talk about inside [02:01] jokes. Who has the most hipster tendencies, who's [02:05] allergic to what. It becomes a lot more sentimental. [02:08] And the best part is we can play with any of these [02:10] people. So this is definitely my favorite gift. Probably [02:13] wasn't too hard to build. Just requires printing [02:17] out photos [ MUSIC ] and, you know, going on Ebay and [02:21] finding a version of the game. So even if you're [02:24] spending less, the time and effort you put into a [02:27] personalized gift means it's actually priceless.
