## Transcript

[ MUSIC ] Novak Djokovic finally captured the one slam that had eluded him. On Sunday the top- seeded Djokovic defeated Andy Murray in four sets to win his first French Open title after being defeated in his previous three finals at Roland Garros. With the victory, Joker has mastered every surface, becoming just the eighth man to complete a career grand slam. He currently holds all four major titles at the same time, becoming just the third player to ever do so. With 12 grand slam titles under his belt, Djokovic has tied with Roy Emerson on the list of players for the most grand slams. Only Rafael Nadal, Pete Sampras, and Roger Federer have more.

You can expect Djokovic to keep climbing that list. Since the start of last year he has won 17 titles overall, and lost just nine total matches. [ MUSIC ].
