[ MUSIC ] Talking about the things that I learned on the best deal I ever made and the worst deal I ever made is pretty ironic in a way. The best deal I ever made with some people that I really really trusted. I mean it's probably the easiest deal I ever did. It got a little stormy at times. But I did put my full trust into people that I really did trust and they were close friends of mine. And on the other hand the worst deal I ever made was with the same kind, not the same people but the same circumstances and I'm still paying for that [ SOUND ]. The most valuable thing that I ever learned about the best deal that I ever made Was to know that sometimes, especially in the business world, you gotta make hard decisions and you can't hesitate.

You've got to learn to trust your instincts Based on what you've learned and what you've experienced in life prior to it. Usually in business and even in life, there'll come a day where there's something really big in front of you that you've got to do. [ MUSIC ] And that split second ability to deal with it is valuable. Very, very valuable. So that's the most valuable thing I learned about. The best thing I've ever done is know when to be able to recognize opportunity when you see it and act on it. [ LAUGH ] [ MUSIC ]
