## Transcript

It's about that time. The weather's getting warmer and you're probably starting to think about where you might wanna spend those vacation days. Well don't worry. Here's this week's travel and leisure round up. If you're considering going anywhere Disney related planning the trip just got a whole lot smarter. Last week, Disney Parks and Resorts launched a smart TV travel app putting planning a Disney vacation literally in the palm of your hand via your remote. The app offers info on Disney World, Disneyland, even Disney Cruises and resorts. All of that through curated Disney content including photos, videos, maps and social media content from various Disney brands.

Initially it will be available on Samsung and LG smart TVs and blu- ray players. And on top of that, it's free. So, you could be hanging out with Mickey before you know it. If you don't want to go the Disney resort route though, there's always AirBnB. Which apparently has been making inroads with the business crowd as of late. As Skift reports, after expanding into business travel, the five and half year old online lodging company was recently valued at $ 10 billion. That number reportedly makes the company more valuable than established hotel chains like Hyatt and Intercontinental. But writing for Hospitality Net, a professor at the ESSEC Business School says hotel companies really have no need to be nervous.

He argues the folks at AirBnB are amateurs in the hotel biz and can't really make any promises about their product. AirBnB does not have any real control over the properties it rents on its service. Because of this it can't make important guarantees. Or even whether the product actually matches the description advertised. Finally, here's a place you might want to get to while you can. Because one of its major draws could soon be gone for good. The Four Seasons Restaurant in New York has been home to not only high- end meals, but also a curtain painted by Pablo Picasso for over 50 years now. Pending the outcome of a New York Supreme Court case though, it may soon be making its home elsewhere.

According to reports, Aby Rosen, the owner of the building in which the painting is located, wants to remove it reportedly to make repairs to a broken steam pipe but the New York Landmarks Conservancy claims Rosen might have an ulterior motive like taking down the Picasso to put up other pieces from his collection. The president of the Conservancy told the Globe and Mail, we sent out respected engineers who stated that there is no building emergency to justify taking down the curtain. Rosen made it clear that he just wants the curtain gone. The Landmarks Conservancy says the painting is part of New York's heritage.

And should stay where it is to prevent it being damaged in a move. And as Business Week reports, the courts bought you a little time if you wanna see it. They ruled Wednesday, the curtain must hang where it is, until more hearings can be held. We'd still recommend you get there while you can though. Thanks for watching. I'm Christian Bryant.
