## Transcript

>> Justin Bieber facing possible felony charges over eggs.

>> The Sheriff's Department arrived looking for evidence related to allegations that the 19- year old Bieber threw eggs at his next- door neighbor's home on Thursday night.

>> The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department detained several people inside Bieber's house during Tuesday's search, and did arrest Bieber's friend. But investigators say it's for drug possession, unrelated to the egging reported last week. The Calabasas neighborhood where Bieber lives is extremely exclusive. CNN reports Michael Jackson's children, and Britney Spears live there, and you have to pass two security gates just to get in.

>> I've been into these mansions before. They've got cameras everywhere. They've got like a war room for security there. And so, somewhere, the investigators are hoping, is video of the egg- throwing incident.

>> I get that the eggs don't seem that significant, but it does rise to the level of a felony. There is a victim in this case who had extensive damage done to their home, and that's a serious incident.

>> Sheriff's investigators say anything $ 400 or more would elevate the case from a misdemeanor to a felony, and the damage was reported at $ 20, 000. CNN reports Bieber's past confrontations with neighbors, like complaints of driving too fast and spitting on one man never resulted in charges. Police say the now- retired teen pop star was cooperative during Tuesday's search. For Time, I'm Cliff Judy.
