Time is money, am I right? Oops dropped a dollar. No use picking it up because I could use those two [ LAUGH ] or three seconds to make some real money. Who's with me? I'm all alone in this room. [ MUSIC ] Alright. Nobody there. But you're obviously a very important person because you're on Twitter and you're obviously a very cool person because you own an iPad. I'll show you how to use Twitter and your iPad to save time and by extension, money. You're welcome in advance. Let's say, you come across an interesting article or a webpage, maybe it's on Techland and you wanna share it, via Twitter, your options for doing anything with it, using Safari, it's built in tools, are pretty limited.

But you can send it to Twitter, using a bookmarklet, which we will use at the following address. [ MUSIC ] Pause this, if you need to write it down. And then we're gonna copy this big huge junk of code. And then once it's copied, we're gonna create a bookmark in the Safari Bookmarks area. And we are going to Edit the bookmark. After we've created the bookmark, we can name it You know, twitplosion or tweetcanon or share on twitter like I have. Then edit the bookmark that you just created, and where the address is, you're gonna put in that chunk of code. You're gonna paste in that chunk of code you just copied.

Now you've created a bookmarklet. [ MUSIC ] And the next time you come across an interesting article, all you have to do is pull up your bookmarks, click the new bookmark you just created, share on Twitter and boom, everything goes right into a tweet with all the stuff filled in for you. You don't have to find the tweet button on a certain website. Some websites don't have tweet buttons. You don't have to copy and past anything. It just Happens. That's it. Actually gonna pick this up. Cuz, I don't make, leave dollars on the floor. Even if I did, that's really prententous. If future Doug is watching this and he leaves dollars on the floor now.
