That's according to her manager, Irving Azoff, who tells the Hollywood Reporter Chelsea intends to leave when her contract expires. She hired me to figure out her life after E! We have at least seven suitors and many ideas. Handler has been the sole female voice in late night for the last eight years, but the star has made no secret of her love- hate relationship with her show, and the network, regularly bashing both. Do you like coming to work every day, doing the same thing every day? It's a sad network. Why is he sad, I, I know what you mean, but. Like they don't know what they're doing, they have no ideas, they're just. You know everything they do is just a, it's just is a failure. And E has just become a sad sad place to live and that's where I live. I feel like working at E is like very similar to being confined to a wheelchair without any wheels. [ LAUGH ] Even while defending her late night success in a recent Huffington Post oped, Handler undercut the network. My only goal when I started this show six and a half years ago was to offer viewers another voice to end their day with. Even if their show. Is on E! Deadline notes Handler could shop Chelsea Lately to another network at the end of 2014 or launch a completely new show. The star has expressed interest in radio or an outlet like Netflix. Of course, she could also stay at E! Handler confessed to Gwyneth Paltrow at a Live Talks LA event that she would like to do more stimulating interviews, something like Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel, just not about sports.
