Your quite right Ateeka that if one had completely failed to get anything out of [ INAUDIBLE ] any admissions out of [ INAUDIBLE ] It would have been pretty disastrous, it would have been pretty disastrous. And as it happens over the two days of the actual interviews on, on Watergate, by half- way through the second day we had got to the point that we had hoped to get. So then it was a question of getting further, trying to get more then we had really expected. How did your opinion of him change, I mean the going into the interview must have been very different from that moment and then leaving. Well, that's a very interesting thought [ INAUDIBLE ] and all of the questions that I've been asking, how am I? Bravo a new, a new question, a new question [ LAUGH ]. In a light hearted way, it was amazing to discover how much, how hopeless he was at small talk. I mean, here was this incredible, professional politician, a great pro, and he never learned small talk. Which you would have thought, with all the going around and hello, and what do you do? And all that that stuff. You know, you would have thought, you would have thought he would have worked out that but he never had. Then, that was a light- hearted. That the surprises, the surprises were I suppose that, that he did, the main surprise was that he did go as far as went into, to his mea culpa, which was fantastic. And, there was one moment after it was all over when I went to take my leave of him, and there for 20 minutes at his house We saw, Caroline my girlfriend and I, saw a carefree Nickson. A word you never hear normally about Nickson, carefee. But just for ten minutes that sort of, that sort of perspex screen he seems to put around himself went from the world. I mean, not being unpleasant or anything, perfectly affable but, you knew you weren't getting the whole [ CROSSTALK ] Hm. Person as it were. But for this 20s, 20 minutes it just lifted in its own way. It's what kinda went around, so that's. Brezhnev used to sleep in there. He's a great swordsman, you know, the Russians are, you know. [ LAUGH ] And and then he said to Manolo, his beloved manservant, he said get out the caviar that the Shah gave us, sent us for Christmas. And this was after he'd left office, when the Shah had not yet left office, but still sent him the courier. And he said, but before you go, do, do your impression of Henry Kissinger. Go on. Just, just do that once for me. And he was really, carefree for twenty minutes and then just towards the end the prospect are any are still laughable and all that. But propect screen came across again. I doubt there will be anyone else who is quite that fascinating. I'll do 28 and 3 quarter hours with. Maybe I'll interview you for 28 and 3 quarter hours.
