## Transcript

We're announcing today that I'm asking Judge Robart, the Federal District Court Judge who were before a month or so ago, to affirm that the injunction that we obtained last month, continues to be in effect and prevents implementation of poor provisions of President Trump's illegal An unconstitutional travel ban. In our view, this new executive order contains many of the same legal weaknesses as the first. And reinstates some of the identical policies as the original. Consequently it is equally subject To the injunction that we obtained from Judge Robart on February 3rd. The Revised executive order does narrow the scope of who was impacted by it and adversely right, that has been narrowed.

But that does not mean it's cured its constitutional problems. It still does harm to the people of the state and we are working with our colleges, with our universities. Believe that we still have a strong case, that we can show that we've been harmed. To say to Washington individuals in the state have been harmed by this revised executive order.
