## Transcript

In the heart of San Francisco, a place known for sexual revolution, a classroom of students are intently learning about the ever elusive female orgasm. [ LAUGH ] Researchers studying orgasm have discovered that 75 % of men always experience an orgasm with their partner. But only 29 % of women can say the same. Our actual desire when you get to the room of actual desire which is where you actually build passion that you're talking about. Men and women. Couples and singles. Hailing from all over the bay area, have come to learn new skills and insights into receiving and giving orgasm. By learning one of the newest and hottest forms of meditation.

OMing has it's own world inside of your world. OM is a times 15 minute practice where a woman is very lightly stroked in the upper left hand quadrant of her clitoris by her partner, while both focus solely on the point of contact. The idea is that the only thing that is going to be focused on is your finger and her clitoris, and everything else can totally relax. Maybe I would not only [ INAUDIBLE ] the same lack of knowledge of what I was doing, but maybe just the desire to actually go ahead with it. OMing expert and founder of the company one taste, Nicole Daedone has made it her lives mission to empower women to embrace their sexuality.

And live what she calls an orgasmic lifestyle. The whole arena of orgasm is so dark and weird and scary. It needed to just be out, out in the open. Deena and Melissa live in the suburbs of San Francisco and have been students of OneTaste, practicing orgasmic meditation for eight years. They gave us some really good simple vocabulary, and some techniques, and some ways to have him put his attention on me. And it was like, wow, I really felt seen. Everything's better when I do the practice. It just puts me more in my body and I feel more love for him, and, and it's, it's almost like our daughter is hooked in.

Mommy is happy and everything is good. [ LAUGH ] As women, we do not feel that we deserve pleasure. We feel like we have to earn it. It's like oh after I've taken care of the kids and after I've taken care of the house, and after. And those things just keep piling up and piling up, and piling up If Nicole Daedone and the people at OneTaste get their wish, it will become natural for people across America to incorporate yoga, meditation, and orgasm into their daily lives.
