## Transcript

Teaching is so isolating and observational learning is an extremely impactful. Do the work that we've done over the last couple of years here, as I have collaborated, with a literacy coach, another person in my position, in another High School to come up with a model of instructional rounds that it's going to be stuck on the medical rounds model, where doctors would move around watching another doctor interact with their patients, and then they would debrief those meetings. And then they wouldn't all day would start new learning as a result. So we wanted to to take that model and then put that into the education system at the beginning of the school year, with their like, students feedback for our student survey just to kind of get to know them in know, like what are their responsibilities or what do they like?

How can I incorporate various things of their identity in the curriculum? What are three songs that you like Vibe with? And one of them? Please make it like culturally and ethnically relative to your identity. If you have one. And since that now I have like this giant playlist of like 800-900 songs of just students over the years. And did you just play it like some ambience in the background to just kind of give them something to hang out with and buy with an also just hear other other like home background? What will first of all the biggest thing is that I never forced any ideas. You know I said, what do you want to do?

Find out other people who might want to do the same thing and form groups. Because it's always easier to find. Problems. When you're working in groups, and those problems are, and you also need a critique. I have these amazing students. Were you cancel it? Making other people think because, you know, we become so buy it and what BS thinking that it's there. So, when we have this person who grounds, you You're forced to think and you're forced to learn more.
