## Transcript

When I was about seven, my grandmother took me to my first play. It was a musical. It was Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. And it was the first time that I realized, acting was a profession. I saw a little girl onstage, and the spotlight was on her, and she started reading out of a book. And I thought, oh my gosh, this is what I'm gonna do. It was Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. [ LAUGH ] I was really, really, really happy to be on the set for The Help because it's the first film I've done where it was an ensemble of women. And I found it to be the nicest set I've ever worked on.

We were so supportive of each other. And when you work with people that are your cheerleaders, it brings out the best in you and you bring out the best in them. And my scenes with Octavia were some of the most fun maybe I'll ever have in my life. I love the story so much because it really celebrates Friendship between women and how they can save each other, and become stronger with the love of each other. So, I have that in the film and the great thing also is now I get to walk away from the film with that friendship with Octavia. [ BLANK_AUDIO ]
