Yeah, I, I wrote a lot of the really big sketches. Oh yeah? Like what? I did Cowbell Cheerleaders, Californians. Californians was 2012. I did Ambiguously Gay Duo. I wrote Gilly. I played Sarah Palin. A lot of people thought I was really Sarah Palin. No, I think a lot of people thought it was Tina Fay. No it was me, I did that. It was me. I did that. Hi, I'm Sarah Silverman, and I'm hosting Saturday Night Live this week, with musical guest Maroon 5.

Take it in, Sarah, New York! Magical. Is that guy pooping? No, he's, he's wearing a bucket for pants. Oh, cool. I like your pants! Oh, he's pooping. You're right, he's pooping. Hi, it's Sara Silverman and I'm hosting SNL this week with musical guests Maroon five. Oh man. All right, the roast master strikes again. Come on, I can take it. No, I was just. [ LAUGH ] That was not a roast joke at all. Oh god, she's going for the jugular there. That's fine, all in good fun, and for a good cause. I'm not, no it's, this isn't for any cause, this is [ LAUGH ] just NBC making buckets of money. That is me to a t, and my name's Taran, so.

[ LAUGH ] Taran, I'm not doing jokes on you. I, I think you're great. You know, you. That's too far. That's over the line, alright? You're a guest in my house. Hi it's Sarah Silverman and I'm hosting SNL this week with musical guest Maroon 5 and Taran wrote a song about it. I did. Sarah Silverman she coming back after 20 years. She's funny and beautiful but not necessarily in that order. High, I'm Sarah Silverman and I'm hosting SNL this week with musical guest Maroon 5. So glad there's finally woman host this season. Yeah. No me too. I mean there's only been one episode so. It's great for girls you know, to say wow I could do that.

Like that's something that's a possibility for me. Definitely yeah. There's been so many great female hosts in the history of the show so I. There has not been one woman host this year. And it's sad you know? Yeah no I mean it's just the second episode so I think you're making it more of a gender than it needs to be. Happy to be that. Uh- huh. But I wish there were more. I don't want to be. Be the first woman I guarantee, I think XYZ. Well, the first is an honor for sure You know, but I'm willing to to do it But there's gonna be more. Right now it's equal ratio Break that glass ceiling. One guy host, one girl host.
