## Transcript

[ MUSIC ] We test all kinds of cars here at Money. Cars that anyone can afford Chevy's, Ford's. We also test cars that are a little bit more fun, a little bit more expensive, higher- end BMW's and Mercedes. And then we test cars like this one Not cars for the 1 %, cars for the . 1 %. This is a Rolls Royce Wraith. This is the sports car version of what a Rolls can be. And what it can be is about $ 375, 000. 00. NIce car isn't it? This is hand built in England. [ SOUND ] It's a beautiful car as you can see. And this car is a head turner the paint job alone on this is $ 10, 000. You can almost shave on this thing, it's so beautiful.

It's a big car, it's about 5, 500 pounds. So, this is a sports car yet it's really large and. Despite that, it handles quite well. This ride is as plush as anything you can ever get behind the wheel of. You'll hear nothing. You're driving on cloud and you can adjust that cloud, the suspicion is adjustable a bit. Everything's there for you. You don't have to make the adjustments. It makes the adjustments for you. And let's open the hood on this thing and of course if you own one, the last thing you're gonna do is open the hood, cuz someone else will be doing that for you. It's a 6. 6 liter, V12, 48 valve, 624 horse- power monster.

Gets zero to 60 in about 4. 4, according to the specs. Now this is a different kind of 4. 4 it's sort of funny and that when you drive a sports car, it [ UNKNOWN ] This thing let you know that it has the power, but it's not overwhelming your ears. When you match the pedal to the floor and it's re- dignified and that rushed for seconds. [ MUSIC ] This is no big hulking square back Rolls. You can note the beautiful fast back design on it, and this nice trim here that leads you into this door handle. And it's got something typically British in it actually. An umbrella Those of you who travel to the UK you know you really need one.

[ SOUND ] And this being a Rolls you need someone to close your door too. [ SOUND ] It shuts very nicely thank you. You might expect something over the top inside a Rolls or inside a car That's so expensive. Rolls takes the opposite approach. This beautiful black and red paneling here. Look at the main column. There's really not much going on. You don't need a college degree to do this. Which so many companies get wrong. They want to. Put in all kinds of extra buttons and electron controls. Here's it elegant simplicity. Facing you are just three dials, speedometer and something called power reserve.

Which instead of a taximeter for instance, it just lets you know how much more energy you have in that engine and it's basically a lot all the time. I've rarely seen this. Reserve go under 80 %. If you've got the money to play with, this is the bright red bicycle you want under your Christmas Tree. [ MUSIC ] [ BLANK_AUDIO ]
