## Transcript

It's that time of year again time just published our list of the 100 must read books of 2023. I'm here to give you a behind-the-scenes. Look at how he made the list. Our process always starts at the beginning of the year or even a few months before it takes at least 12 months of reading researching discussing and deliberating to get to the final results. We have a dedicated group of readers from Across The Newsroom to get assignments summer book steam every month and We Gather on a regular basis to talk about everything we've read and what we thought it's a lot of fun. It's like a book club where everybody read something different to get to 100.

We really strive to consider different Publishers and friends different genres and beans and authors of different backgrounds. We want the final result to include multiple options for every reader check out the 2023 list at time.com by Caroline O'Donoghue. My favorite book of 2023 was guest by Emma Cline. There's definitely an Asus Chromebook and I'm an anxious girl. Beer and if you read it just last night if I got to the part where that thing happens and that's crazy and I can't wait to get my training at work.
