[ MUSIC ] Humanitarian groups warn the government that the country could plunge into famine again in 2018. Rights groups blame the worsening situation on South Sudan's ongoing conflict. The war is near its fifth year and has killed more than 50, 000 people. [ MUSIC ] [ MUSIC ] [ MUSIC ] [ MUSIC ] [ MUSIC ] We're disappointed by what we're seeing. This isn't what we thought we were investing in. What we thought we were investing in is a free, fair society where people could be safe. And [ UNKNOWN ] is the opposite of that. ( music in background. But we are not going to give up on the South Sudanese people.

We are here to fight for them. We are here to help do whatever we have to, to make peace and security become a permanent part of South Sudan.
