[ MUSIC ] What the heck is going on? [ MUSIC ] I'm Nick Carbone and here are our top five viral videos of January. [ MUSIC ] Winter is the season that we love to hate. Freezing temperatures, snow, and ice make our lives miserable. Here's an icy patch of sidewalk in North England. You'd think the orange cones would alert people in inmate danger. Not so much. We get a glimpse from above thanks to a well placed camera. To bad the pedestrians can't get a similar glimpse of the hilarity they've induced. Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt. [ MUSIC ] Before the town came to break up the ice. No really, they did, what is this, what's going on here?

Danger was also the name of the game for the knife guys who weren't too happy about Jimmy Kimmel taking over their tv studios. I didn't even realize there was a sign in sheet to be honest with you. Well, there is. And my name is on it. The fake QVC segment was hosted by none other than Will Ferrell who was unaware that Kimmel's show had moved to an earlier time slot. But Ferrell carried on with his knife demonstration anyway. This thing literally cuts through warm butter like it's warm butter. Oh that, that's great. [ LAUGH ] Because of course we all need a massive samurai sword to slice through a stick of butter.

The real star power comes in the form of Ryan Gosling as Ferrell's assistant. Cookie dough! Cotton candy! We're as surprised as you are that no fingers, let alone limbs, got chopped off while making this segment. Chocolate milk! You always gotta slice chocolate milk! Potato chips! If slicing and dicing isn't music to your ears, try this. A cecilio trombone practice. [ SOUND ] We got this trombone's eye view thanks to David Finlayson, who plays for the New York Philharmonic. He strapped his Go- pro camera to his instrument and let us slide fly. [ SOUND ] He's playing a 19th century tromboning tune but, you probably didn't notice the music, just the woozy feeling of it.

We're also glad we can be a fly on the wall for this magician's trick. Yo. Fast food joints in Virginia got quite a scare when they saw what looked like a driverless car pulling up to their drivethrough windows. So, this is how the costume looks. But it was all the magic of Rahat Hussein, who built a costume that looks just like his car seat. Let's see how people react when a car. No driver rolls up to the drive- through window. You order food and then drove up to the window with the seat over, recording the worker's reactions. Never have somebody drive, the workers simutaniously question their sanity.

And leave you with bit of food for thought. Is that a orange peanut? Yea. An orange peanut Mm- hmm. For me? That's right. Oh Wow. An orange peanut [ UNKNOWN ] With the Super Bowl in just a few days, football is on everyone's lips. But what's on the lips of those actually playing football? The folks at bad lip reading have tried to discern what coaches and players are saying on the field. I can't believe there's a manhole and he fell in it. These guys probably didn't get it exactly right. [ SOUND ] I want cake now. Jim Harbaugh yelling for cake? Tom Brady shouting something about his dog? Fooball players really do say the darndest things.

Or maybe this bad lip reading is simply wishful thinking. We know we'll be trying to figure out what they're saying at this weekend's big game. [ SOUND ] What's wrong with him?
