Give us room, please. [ MUSIC ] Today Bill Cosby was charged in Montgomery County Pennsylvania with Aggravated Indecent Assault, a Felony. For many of my 29 clients who alleged that they are victims of Bill Cosby, seeing him criminally charged and having to face a trial Is the best Christmas present that they have ever received. [ MUSIC ] I'll say this, [ MUSIC ] If you give a woman, or a man for that matter, without his or her knowledge a drug, [ MUSIC ] And then have sex with that person without consent, that's rape.

[ INAUDIBLE ] [ INAUDIBLE ] From the very beginning in this case, he has maintained his innocence. He stands here today maintaining that innocence, and we look forward to being able to put this behind us and moving on with the rest of his great life. [ MUSIC ] Cosby will be prosecuted in Montgomery County, outside of Philadelphia. But the jury will be from Pittsburgh, some 300 miles west in Alleghany County. Good afternoon, and we're coming on the air with breaking news. Bill Cosby, just a short time ago, arraigned on felony sexual assault charges. No comment from Bill Cosby this morning after explosive new details were revealed this weekend about a 2005 sexual assault lawsuit.

[ MUSIC ] I didn't wanna, I have to ask about your name coming up in the news recently regarding this comedian No, no, we don't answer that. Okay. I just wanted to ask if you wanted to respond at all about whether any of that was true? There's no response. Okay. Can I ask you with the prosonna that people know about Bill Cosby should they believe anything differently about what-- There is no Comment about that. [ MUSIC ] I am a survivor of sexual assault. Being drugged and sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby in 1986 in Denver, Colorado. I'm also a survivor of a sexual assault by Bill Cosby 32 years ago.
