In front of visibly armed guards, Malaysia's Colonel Muhammad Sakri thanked separatist leader Alexander Bordine for handing over the flight recorders, which will now be turned over to international investigators. According to the New York Times, the exchange comes after extensive and quiet negotiations between Bordine and Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak. Also part of that deal, rebels have released the bodies of those killed in the crash, which left by train Monday and arrived in the government held [ INAUDIBLE ] Tuesday morning. There have been fears that the black boxes would be tampered with, but some analysis say the recorder itself isn't very important in the case. I don't think the black box is, at the top of my list. The wreckage in my mind would be much more, much more informative, much more important. There's been no shortage of allegations, especially from world leaders that the site itself has been extensively tampered with in the days since the crash. After the crime, comes the cover up. What we have seen is evidence tampering on an industrial scale and obviously that has to stop. The burden now is on Russia to insist that the separatists stop tampering with the evidence, grant investigators who are already on the ground immediate. Full and unimpeded access to the crash site. The bodies of what the Ukrainian officials say is almost all of the 298 victims of the crash will now be taken to the Netherlands where they'll be identified and repatriated. Thanks for watching.
