[ MUSIC ] One of the things they have to do is get really, really clear on where it is that they want to go. Sometimes we just don't know. But figuring out what you are passionate about, what you're good at, what you enjoy doing, and how those things begin to translate into a career. I think one way to do that is by finding other people that are doing something that you want to do and doing it in a way that you want to do it. As soon as you have identified that you can start to figure out, ok, see where they are. Now what are some steps that I need to take to get from here to there. Rather than just well I'm going to quit my job on Friday.

And hopefully on Monday it's all going to magically work out. It just doesn't work like that. You gotta get really clear on where you going and what some of those next logical steps are to get there. [ MUSIC ]
