Mr. Mullen, Miss Murkowski. On this vote, the yeas are 60 and the nays are 40. 3/5 of the senators, duly chosen and sworn have voted in the affirmative. The motion is agreed to cloture having been invoked, the motion to commit and the amendments pending thereto fall. This has been a very long road, quite literally the longest shutdown in history. I am very, very happy to be able to say that we are coming to the end. And before we close today, I want to take the time to say thank you to my staff who have worked around the clock tirelessly now for the past six weeks.
