## Transcript

Ukraine has reached to restructuring deal with creditors over $ 18 billion in debt. However, it doesn't look like it can expect any break from Russia, which holds $ 3 billion worth of Ukraine's debt. Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told state TV on Thursday that the country still plans to insist on a full repayment when it's due in December. Ukraine's economy had been in serious. Strain after more than a year of fighting pro Russian separatists and making the payment could be extremely difficult. The deal which does include some US funds involves creditors exchanging bonds for new ones worth 20 % less, it would save about $ 3.

6 billion off the country $ 72 billion of overall debt. The bonds would be voted on separately. So if Russia does hold out it wont affect the changes for the other thirteen bonds.
