## Transcript

Welcome to the PageCast. It's Friday, May 23rd. I'm Mark Halperin in Gotham City with your three things to watch for in politics today. First, John McCain's health records, watch to see how the campaign unfurls and how the media treats them. The campaign has been very sophisticated in setting up press release. Watch to see how it plays out all day. Second, watch to see how the presidential candidates deal with the holiday weekend, with a lot of Americans driving and flying, a lot of economic issues in play. Watch to see which one seems to strike the right tone, the best tone for voters and travelers.

And then finally, watch McCain and Obama and the back and forth between them. Very heated yesterday, John McCain releasing one of his [ unk ] statements in response to what Barack Obama's campaign said about McCain on the issue of veterans benefits. Watch to see if that hot back and forth continues today. Those are your three things to watch for in politics today. You can get all the political news all the time right through the holiday weekend right here on The Page. For now in Gotham City, I'm Mark Halperin. Thanks for watching the PageCast.
