Police arrested actor Shia LaBeouf Thursday, after a bizarre behaviour during a Broadway show. What a performance he gave last night. Unfortunately it wasn't an award winning one, the police picked him up. He wasn't even on stage. He was just, getting loud during somebody else's performance. He was, quite a mess. [ LAUGH ] He had a torn shirt. He had a cigarette. Now the actor has been charged, with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. The New York Daily News reports the disturbance happened during a performance of Cabaret. At New York's famous, Studio 54. A police source told the paper, officers were trying to calm down LaBeouf, but, he's cursing.

He's jabbering away. He won't shut up. According to the New York Post, other sources claim LaBeouf called a police officer a homophobic slur. They also described him as incoherent. And very agitated. The sources of the post said police even had to put a face mask on him because he was spitting. And WCBS reports, prosecutors accuse LeBeouf of even telling an officer, I'll end your life. LeBeouf has made plenty of headlines for his bizarre behavior recently. Earlier this year, he went on the red carpet in Berlin wearing a paper bag on his head that said. I am not famous anymore. That was after he admitted to plagiarizing an author in a short film he made, and a Twitter rant about the incident.

LaBeouf had nothing to say to reporters when he walked out of court Friday morning. He pleaded not guilty, and is expected to appear back in court in late July. Thanks for watching, I'm Megan Judy.
