The Hillary Clinton controversy continuing with Clinton apparently now pointing the finger ay Collin Howell. According to a New York Times report, Hillary Clinton told the FBI that former Secretary of State Collin Howell had advised her to use the personal email account. The commission included a notes coming from her interview with the investigators back on July. The assertion is fairly supported by a book on husband Bill Clinton's post presidency where the author states, Powell told her to use her own email as he had done, except for classified communications. Powell has confirmed that he did send Clinton an email mentioning how the use of a personal email account vastly improved communications within the State Department, but in a statement Thursday said that he did not recall the conversation.
