## Transcript

I'm Claire Suddath with TIME Magazine, and I'm going to tell you what's on pop chart this week. In the latest lottery mashup, a man named Phil Edwards who's taken the cast of Jersey Shore and Lewis Carroll's classic Alice in Wonderland to create Snooki in Wonderland. This is actually a real book you can buy it for $ 0. 99 cents. Mr. Potato Head has struggled for years with his pear- shaped or potato- shaped figure, but Hasbro recently released a slimmer, thinner version of the classic toy. I had no idea if this is even necessary. So, Russia has finally admitted that beer is actually alcohol. Right now, beer is classified as food in Russia but a [ unk ] seeks to reclassify it as an alcoholic drink.

This will open it up to taxes and restrictions, but also, it's just probably a good idea. Lady Gaga released a new video this week.

>> I was born this way. Don't hide yourself in regret.

>> The video is over 7 minutes long and opens with the opening score to Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo. We get it Gaga, you're weird. So here are 5 things that you do not have to worry about this week. You don't have to worry about having an intimate behind- the- scenes look at Bristol Palin's life because she's writing a memoire offering an intimate behind- the- scenes look at Bristol Palin's life. You don't have to worry about Tom Cruise's Masculinity because he will be starring as a heavy metal rocker in the Broadway production at Rock of Ages. You don't have to worry about Paul McCartney's career because the former Beatle is working with the New York City Ballet and you don't have to worry about the banning of violent video games, unless you live in Australia because they just banned Mortal Kombat.

And if you thought junk food packaging was too loud, you don't have to worry anymore because Sun Chips recently released a biodegradable bag that is quieter than their last one. So that's with some pop charts this week. Check back next week and we'll have more for you.
