## Transcript

>> My name is, Ben Huh. I'm the CEO of Pet Holdings, Inc. The company runs a bunch of websites that people spend time on to kind of get away from their day. It's mostly humor related. The most well knows site that we run is called, I can has cheezburger, and basically I can has cheezburger is about pictures of cats with funny misspelled caps to tell them.

>> But we also have other large sites. One is called failblog. org, which is a site about people failing.

>> So, fail requires that someone make an a-- makes an attempt at succeeding. So, there's a video of this kid who's trying to impress a bunch of girls by jumping off of this rock and falls flat on his face, I mean, literally face down into the sand. So, that's a great example of something that would-- that made it on to the homepage of our site. It's a bit of schadenfreude, the, in it, meaning, you know, you take pleasure in the misery of somebody else.

>> Oh, my god.

>> All of our content that's put on in our sites are based on user generated contents, so people actually submit the content to us. More than 10 million people visit our sites every month, and that's the pretty massive number. We're moving up to grow this over a long period of time. That is where we get our content from, that's where we get our marketing from. In fact, we don't have a marketing department. I wouldn't have a marketing team. We let our users tell us what they like and we let them disseminate that up to their friends.

>> I've never pictured myself doing this. And it would really doesn't make a lot of sense, actually. When I graduated, it was the dot- com bubble, and I left, and people were giving out signing bonuses to college grads because obviously we were super geniuses 'cause we did the internet, you know. Then it was selling, it was really absolutely at the time. And that's how I got into the internet and the software business which I spent the last few years. I don't know if we ever become a huge corporation. My hopes for the company is that we entertain more people, that we bring more happiness to more people every day.

It isn't-- it isn't very constructive of that, but it certainly is cathartic.
