## Transcript

Chris Brown can't seem to stay out of trouble, kicked out of rehab and now going to jail. TMZ first broke the story. Police arrested the Grammy award winner Friday because the judge decided he may have violated probation in the Rihanna case. Brown was supposed to stay in rehab until mid- April. TMZ reports Brown was thrown out of rehab for disobeying three internal rules. He was under special order to stay at least two feet away from women at the facility. Sources say the singer also initially refused to submit to a random drug test, after he left the facility, something his attorney denies. Brown later took the test and the results were negative, but any refusal is a violation.

The third violation apparently happened when Brown made a mockery of rehab during a group session with some harsh comments. People reports Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin said he was troubled by comments Brown made during rehab. Mr. Brown chose to add his own words to the cards stating that quote, I am good at using guns and knives, unquote. Held without bail, the Los Angeles Times reports Brown will be locked up until April 23rd pending a hearing to see if he violated his probation. Brown also faces trial in mid- April on an unrelated misdemeanor assault charge out of Washington, D. C ., where he's accused of hitting a man trying to take his picture.
