Rosson, on Chicago's far south side. For a while, he had an office here at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. On Tuesday, it served as a polling station. Now, who did you vote for today? >> Obama. I think he'd be a real-- the president because he-- by his background he's-- he both says, you know, so he can kind a relate with everybody with the racial issue. You know, it ain't no certain color, you know, and he wanna help out the people who are in lower class, as well as the people that have a little more well off. >> This is Altgeld Gardens, one of Chicago's largest and oldest public housing developments, where in the 1980's, Barack Obama worked as a community organizer. >> And my opinion is that, I voted for Barack because he touched a lot of issues that concern me. >> Like what? >> Jobs, insurance, food, decent housing, homeless. Education, the number one thing for our children. >> If he'd lose, there's gonna be a lot of sad people. A lot of people would be disappointed, and no way, he shouldn't lose. Too many people are going out to vote, like when I voted, it was like a-- I was 190-- 191. And it was like-- And we voted [ unk ] and usually, you know, there'd be that many people voting on that same day. But we voted early.
