But the problem is Hancock signed the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution. Julia Louis Dryfuss stars in the hit HBO comedy series, VEEP. Playing the fictional vice president of the United States. This month's issue of Rolling Stone, outlines her journey from the 90s hit comedy, Seinfeld. To the HBO series and the clever cover places the Constitution on Dreyfus' bare back. But, as we all know if there's an error, the internet will find it. And this one was also pretty blatant. Shortly after the cover's release, the tweets started rolling in letting Rolling Stone know it screwed up. The National Constitution Center even got in the action with the tweet. George Washington to Rolling Stone: Thanks for the shoutout, but no Hancock here. According to Pointer, Rolling Stone issued a statement to explain the fact error flub. The Declaration of Independence is on the other side, but we couldn't fit in all the signatures. Dreyfus, on the other hand, stayed in character to explain, blaming the whole thing on her Veep PR guy. Hancock signed Declaration of Independence NOT Constitution. Yet another Mike F up.
