## Transcript

Welcome to The Page Cast. It's Tuesday, February 12th, I'm Mark Halperin in Gotham City. Here are three things to watch for in politics today. First, the results of the Potomac primary. Voters going to cast their ballots in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Polls closing in all places by 8 o'clock tonight, expect a big turnout, especially on the Democratic side. And watch to see those results come in throughout the evening. Second, watch to see how the press deals with the results of the Democratic race. If Barack Obama does very well, goes ahead in the overall delegate count, watch to see if the press tries to declare the race effectively over.

Or rush to judgment that the Clinton campaign will try to stop. Watch that dynamic. And then finally, on the Republican side, watch to see if John McCain can do well enough to raise real questions about Mike Huckabee's viability going forward. McCain will not get the majority of delegates overall to clinch the nomination after today's voting. But watch to see if he does well enough that more questions are raised about Huckabee and whether he goes forward. Those are your three things to watch for in politics on this voting day. You can get all the political news about today's results and everything else right here on The Page.

For now in Gotham City, I'm Mark Halperin. Thanks for watching The Page Cast.
